Life is better when you are dancing!

My passion is dancing. I have been dancing for almost 24 years. I started with majorette dancing when I was 4 years old. At this time we danced in groups with my team of girls and we competed in many championships all over the country and abroad as well.

My game-changing point was the 1st of April 2011 - and no it was not a joke - when I encountered salsa for the first time and fell in love with it at first sight. I've always wanted to do Latin dances. From 2011 I was unstoppable in dancing. I did many courses and workshops in a row -3 years - and during this time I came across bachata and kizomba as well. I still remember the moment when I heard my first bachata music. This kind of music was the reason why I started learning bachata dancing, which quickly became my second love.

First of all, I have watched hundreds of YouTube videos on how to do bachata. Our little practice team learned from videos where I was teaching the simple basics to them. At this time we went to many parties together and had lots of fun dancing. We made deep connections with each other and with the dance as well.

During my university studies, dancing was not my first priority. I did it at a low level, I went to parties 3-4 times in a year. But during the summer of 2021, I found myself at a dancing festival thanks to my friend and afterward, I was unstoppable.

Nowadays I'm attending 2 different bachata lady courses. Often famous bachata teachers come to our country to teach us and I go to their workshops to learn from the best. I'm planning on going to some big festivals abroad this year and next year as well.
