Skills and attributes for success
The Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience in the electrical industry and operational technology is advantageous.
- Min 3+ years experience as an IT security auditor/expert
- Familiarity with and/or interest in cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST 800-53, IEC 62443, PCI DSS, etc.
- Business developer mindset
- Experience with clients as an auditor and/or consultant
- Experience in IT security/cybersecurity/risk assessment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ideally 1 or more certificates of these: CISA/CISP/CEH/CISSP/CRISC/CCSP/ISO27001/OSCP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Being a team player
- Reliability, precision
- Independent, dynamic work

What will be Your key responsibilities?
- You will be working closely together with the management and the sales and marketing departments in new service areas of business development, mainly concentrating on industrial automation and control system security
- You will learn and evaluate the security of IT environments, you will be responsible for completing customer due diligence requests by learning, understanding, and describing security policies, procedures and tools in place for an IT environment or product based on different international standards.
- This role also includes writing audit reports for customers regarding security gaps, risks, and potential impacts to the business.
- Information security evaluations and audits based on ISA/IEC 62443
- Attending internal and external meetings
- Contribution to the National Certification Body's (NCB) activities as a potential certification reviewer

Who we are
CCLab Ltd. was founded in 2013 as an agile cybersecurity laboratory primarily to work in Common Criteria evaluations and consultations.
It has been accredited by OCSI, Certification Body of the Italian Scheme since 2015 and by BSI, the German CB since 2022. CCLab conducted many successful Common Criteria evaluation and consultation projects and the number keeps increasing in size and quality continuously each year.
Since 2019 CCLab has become one of the leading accredited laboratories in cybersecurity evaluations of smart metering devices for the energy industry. Among others we have great experience in data security evaluations in Switzerland under the METAS certification scheme.
We are actively supporting different industries (ICS, automotive, medical, stb...) with additional information/data security-related services for organizations and product lines as well as risk assessment, gap analysis, penetration and vulnerability tests.
