In general most accreditations are based on ISO/IEC 17025.

US Department of Commerce - National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) - Testing to FCC Rules Parts 15 and 68.
US Department of Labor - Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) -Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) - Safety Listing to UL 60950 and 1950.

Industry Canada - Testing of telephone equipment to CS-03.
Canadian Standards Association (CSA) - A Network Partner with CSA.
Australia
Australian Communications Authority (ACA) - Testing of telephone equipment to Telecom, EMC and Safety Standards.
Japan
Voluntary Control Council For Interference (VCCI) - Registration of EMC measuring facilities.
Chinese Taipei - Taiwan
Accredited to perform EMC testing to CNS 13438.
Europe
Associated with a "European Competent Body" for the testing of Electronic and Electrical Apparatus to European Standards.
